Stretching Without Warm-Up

Mere stretching only helps you in improving the flaccid length of the penis. This, though does not indicate that stretching can only improve flaccid lengths. You can work on other aspects of penis enlargement, but for that, you need to ensure you have a rigorous stretching routine that also includes warm up and cool down exercises.

It is important you follow the complete routine for stretching if you wish to see an increase in the length and the girth of the penis along with the flaccid length. Truly, stretching is one of the easiest techniques that you could work with to increase the dimensions of the penis.
